Skin: Balanoposthitis

It is a disorder of male genitalia characterized by inflammation of glans penis as well as foreskin of glans penis. Complex infections have been well documented, often from a poorly retractile foreskin and poor hygiene that leads to colonization and overgrowth. Some of the symptoms of balanoposthitis may be an excessive amount of yellow-green discharge or bloody discharge from the prepuce, foul odor from the genital area.

Changes in the genitalia of a man are most often due to bacterial infection (caused by streptococcus, staphylococcus, trichomonas, Escherichia, enterococcus), candidiasis, trauma, insufficient hygiene, soap irritation and disinfectants. It is most common in uncircumcised men due to moist and warm conditions
